Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview
*We want you to love your artwork. If something isn't right, this policy explains when and how you can request a return, exchange, or refund.
2, Eligibility
*Original, ready to hang ship artwork - eligible for return.
*Commissioned/custom artworks: Final sale and non-returnable once approved and delivered(due to their personalized nature).
*Gift Plan purchases: Returns follow the underlying artwork's eligibility; deposits are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise at the time of reservation.
*Sale or discounted items: Final sale unless damaged in transit.
3, Return Window
*You may request a return within 7 days of delivery(based on carrier delivery date).
*After approval, you must ship the item back within 7 days.
4. Condition of Returned Items
*Artwork must be in its original condition, unused, and returned with all original packaging, certificates, and accessories.
*Any signs of wear, alterations, or damage not caused by shipping may void the return.
5. How to Start a Return
*Email or call with your order number, item title, reason for return, and clear photos of the artwork and packaging.

*We will confirm eligibility and provide the return address and packing instructions.
6. Return Shipping & Insurance
*Unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
*You must use a track-able shipping service and purchase full insurance for the artwork's value.
*Keep your receipt and tracking number until your refund is processed.
7. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the artwork, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
*Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or shipping damage.
8. Exchanges
*If you prefer an exchange for another available piece, let us know during your return request. We'll hold the replacement for up to 7 days after approval.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
*If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging, shipping label, and the artwork.
*We will arrange a replacement (if available) or a full refund, including original shipping, once the claim is validated.
10. Packaging Guidelines for Returns
*Use the original packing when possible. If unavailable, comparable professional art-grade packing materials are required.
*Follow our repacking instructions to protect the artwork during transit. Damage due to inadequate packing may reduce or void the refund.
11. Non-Deliverable/Unclaimed Packages
*Packages returned to us as un-deliverable or unclaimed will be treated as a return subject to this policy. Reshipment costs are the buyer's responsibility.
12. International Orders
*Returns follow the same timelines and conditions. International customers are responsible for all return shipping, insurance, and other custom duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. These are non-refundable.
13. Order Cancellations
*Ready to ship items: May cancel before dispatch for a full refund.
Commissions/custom work: May Cancel before work begins; deposits may be non-refundable once materials are purchased or work has started.
14. Gift Returns
*Items marked as gifts and shipped directly to the recipient may be returned for store credit to the recipient or refunded to the original purchaser, per eligibility rules above.
